Ibrahim Ali Khan, who made his debut with Nadaaniyan earlier this year, has embraced his imperfections in a new ad campaign for the retail brand Wrogn. In the video, Ibrahim speaks candidly about his speech impediment, choosing to use his own voice—lisp and all—rather than dubbing. “Some people are born gifted, and some, born imperfect. As for me, I was born imperfect. And that’s okay, man. Perfection is just overrated yaar,” he says in the ad. Sharing the campaign on Instagram, he added, “For the longest time, I thought I had to ‘get it right’. Turns out, what’s real is far more powerful than what’s perfect. This is me, Wrogn but real.” Fans praised his honesty, with comments like “So rare to see honesty like this in campaigns. Feels relatable and real,” and “In an era where filter and fakeness rule, it’s inspiring to see authenticity take the spotlight.” Another wrote, “I think you’re perfect..!! Good post though,” while one called it “Such an important message.”   View this ...

Ileana D’Cruz, who welcomed her second child in June, has spoken candidly about the emotional toll that motherhood has taken this time around. The actress revealed that after giving birth to her son Keanu Rafe Dolan, she experienced postpartum depression, saying that her “mental space was completely messed up.” In a recent interview with NDTV, Ileana reflected on how her second time around has been very different from her first. She said, “What is nice the second time around is that you have sort of been through the drill, you know what to expect, especially with the delivery process. I was very clear, and I wanted to do things differently. I wanted to be a little crazy. I said I'm going to go unmedicated this time. I'm not going to do the epidural. Bobby Deol opens up on career struggles; says, “Because of my wrong choices, my career suffered”

Bobby Deol has openly reflected on a period in his career when he felt that his choices had taken a toll on his progress and revealed he resorted to acting classes during the times when “he did not have any work”. The actor, who received widespread acclaim for his performance in Animal, discussed these setbacks during an interview at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). He said, “Today, I have become more brave and fearless. I have moved away from what my image used to be. The web shows I acted in were very helpful in this regard. In between when I did not have any work, I took acting classes. I asked myself why did my career have a good start? That’s because people saw something in me. However, because of my wrong choices, my career suffered. I worked on regaining faith in myself as well as being disciplined. If you are disciplined, you can put more effort into your work without feeling the pressure.” Deol also addressed typecasting: “In this industry, one tends to get ty...

Aamir Khan CONFESSES, “Before Laal Singh Chaddha went on floors, I knew it would earn Rs. 125 cr tops but our cost went up to Rs. 200 cr”; reveals that a table tennis scene set in China was removed from final cut

In an interview with Komal Nahta, Aamir Khan opened up about his 2022 film, Laal Singh Chaddha. He mentioned the budget, what went wrong and a lot more. Aamir began by saying, “I apply a filter – I’ll make the film that my heart wishes, but I should not go into a loss while doing so. Those who have invested their money should recover and potentially even earn a profit. However, I didn’t put that filter on Laal Singh Chaddha. Before the shoot, I told Advait (director Advait Chandan) that this is not a mainstream film and listed out three reasons for it.” Aamir continued, “Firstly, the premise should be an affirmative sentence with an action in it. But in Laal Singh Chaddha, the premise is a question. This film asks, are you in control of your life? Or are you like a feather; hawa ka jhoka aata hai toh aap wahaan chale jaate ho. When the premise is a question mark, it can’t be mainstream because the audience clearly wants to know who is right and who is wrong. Secondly, the film doesn’...

After a successful 50-day theatrical run, Mohit Suri’s Saiyaara, starring debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, arrived on Netflix on September 12, 2025. Just a day later, filmmaker Hansal Mehta took to social media to share his thoughts on the film, calling it a reminder of why Bollywood love stories once worked so beautifully. In a candid note, Mehta wrote, “I don’t necessarily watch the kind of films I make. Or only the kind of films that people presume I would like. I am no cinema snob. That would make life so boring. So here go my thoughts on a film I watched really late last night — thanks to jet lag.” Praising the film’s emotional depth, Mehta highlighted how Saiyaara struck the right balance with its storytelling elements: “Get the emotions right. Get the music right. Get the timing, the quantity. Get the lead pair right. Ahaan Pandey and Aneet Padda are just that — young, fresh, utterly watchable. You simply cannot look away. The real ‘a star is born’ unfolds here as you w...
