Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani: Ranveer Singh reveals Ranbir Kapoor’s reaction after watching the movie: “He was really appreciative”

In his 25th year as a filmmaker, Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt released today in theatres worldwide. The film also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi and Bengali actors Tota Roy Chowdhury and Churni Ganguly. A few days ago, a special screening was hosted for industry members and Ranbir Kapoor was in attendance to support Alia and the team.

At a recent promotional event, Ranveer Singh recalled Ranbir Kapoor’s reaction after watching the movie. He told the reporters, “The other day Ranbir saw our film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani with us, it was so lovely to hear from somebody whose craft I admire so much. He was like ‘It’s not that you’ve played Delhi guy before but there was absolutely no similarity’. Ranbir was really appreciative.”

Viacom18 Studios and Dharma Productions present A Dharma Productions film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta is all set to hit the big screen on July 28, 2023.
